CV/ Resume

How to write a Good Cv/Resume

YOUR CV/ RESUME IS YOUR MARKETTING TOOL.

IT MEANS THAT YOU DON’T GET A SECOND CHANCE  TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION.

BUT, DID YOU KNOW THAT PEOPLE FORM THAT FIRST IMPRESSION OF WHO THEY ARE BEFORE THE INTERVIEW THROUGH THEIR CV/RESUME.

remember employers require few
seconds to decide if you are qualify OR not.

TREAT YOUR CV WITH RESPECT AND LOVE .

BUILD IT LIKE A HOME.

ENSURE THE FOUNDATION IS SOLID.

LET IT BE A PERFECT REPRESENTATIVE OF YOUR WORK EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ACHIEVEMENTS AT ALL TIMES

What is a Resume/ CV?

  • A curriculum vitae is a written overview of a person's experience and other qualifications for a job opportunity.
  • A Resume/CV contains Bio Data, Chronology of one life or Work Experience, Outline of one educational qualification. Etc.The resume is a tool with one specific purpose to get the employer  attention. If this not achieve, it isn’t effective

CV/Resume is not a joke when searching for a job.

Research shows that:

•
Only one interview is granted to every 200 resumes received by
the average employer.

• Resumes are normally quickly scanned, rather than read by
recruiters. So we have just about 10 to 20 seconds to
create/persuade recruiters/employer to read further.

• What this mean is that the decision to interview a candidate is
usually base on overall first impression of the resume.

So you see that a CV/ Resume is to a job seeker what an arrow is to an archer.

Without a good CV/ Resume, your chances of landing a good job will travel south except of course you’re waiting for a miracle from God or a favour from a rich God Father.
